
Loose Change supports Student Antiwar Walk-Out NOV 16, 2007
Designated Police liasons and Loose Change tactical teams confirming protest routes through downtown Seattle
with head of Seattle police department teams.

On November 16, 2007 Seattle students from surrounding schools walked out of class in protest of the war.
They rallied at Westlake to march through downtown Seattle escorted by protester peacekeepers.
The heard a famous former BLACK PANTHER PARTY Member speak

The protest stopped at a military recruiter office, where poilice officers barricaded the recruitment offices
and was defending it with battle sticks and full swat gear.
The student protesters, did a sit-in
in front of the
recruitment office and voiced their opposition to war.

The march continued through Seattles poorest neighborhoods where it ended at Judkins Park.
Student antiwar Walk-Outs occured from Bellingham to Seattle to Tacoma. Students were also seen
protesting on the side of major highways in Tukweila, Washington.
In previous events,
Loose Change supported the initiatives of YAWR
in major turning points for the antiwar movement. After the students continuous protests against
military recruiters in schools, the Seattle School board passed a resolution
that limited the Military recruiters access to public schools and students to just 2 visits per year!
MEDIA ANAYLISIS
Loose Change incoordination with 0War developed a special internal-only tool that will not be released to the public.
It designed to distribute antiwar press releases Worldwide.

0War (beta) tool is directed to ALL news agencies, editors, reporters, photographers, and many other media contacts
who handle local issues of social change. The tool was used for the first time in November 2007 to distribute information about this protest before it occured.
